Acquisition of the Danish company Intellecto A/S

Intellecto A/S is a company engaged in debt recovery business in Denmark. The company was founded in 2022 and already in the first year had revenues of MDKK 1.5. After the acquisition, Intellecto will change its name to Kredinor A/S.

– The purchase of Intellecto A/S gives Kredinor a great gateway back into the Danish market after being out of Denmark since 2021. This is a perfect steppingstone towards our path to become the leading Nordic advisory and debt collection company, says Charlotte Surén, Chief Strategy Officer at Kredinor AS.

Norway is Kredinor’s largest market, but the company already has a significant presence in Finland and Sweden. With this acquistion, Kredinor will be able to service customers and clients on a Nordic scale.

Director of Intellecto A/S, Karin Nørager Weiste, takes up the role of director of Kredinor A/S in Denmark.
