  • If you have received a debt collection claim from us, you can log in to My page. There you can pay your debt. If you have difficulty paying the entire debt, we can possibly set up an installment plan. Here by you to us via My Pages, email or phone and we will tell you what we can do.

To handle someone else’s case, a valid power of attorney is required. A verbal power of attorney can be granted during a telephone conversation, provided both parties are present, but this permission is limited to a specific occasion. If you need to handle someone else’s case for a longer period of time, the power of attorney must be in writing.

A debt collection claim has a payment deadline of 8 days. If the debt is still not paid after this time, the case may be sent to the Enforcement Agency for further action.
