The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway have approved the merger between Modhi and Kredinor, and the formal merger was completed on 1 October 2022. The company has become one of Norway’s largest in debt collection and debt management, with the Nordic region as its home market.
As the very first company Kredinor is integrating to the Debt Collection Registry, which gives customers an automatic overview over personal debt and collection claims. This is an important milestone for the launch of the newly founded Debt Collection Registry, where people with claims at several companies can retrieve all of the information from one place.
Kredinor, one of Norway’s largest providers of debt management services has selected Neonomics to deliver more efficient payments and financial data services through open banking. Kredinor will offer end users the ability to directly complete payments from the security of their own bank accounts in a simple and convenient manner.
Kredinor wishes to support organisations working to help Ukraine, and has donated NOK 250,000 to the Red Cross for its relief efforts. This money will go directly towards emergency aid that will be trucked into Ukraine.
